GIO Gourmet Osteria

Dear members,

Our next dinner event, themed as being “Cosy & Easy” takes place on a leisurely mid-week Wednesday on13th July.

We are pleased to announce this special collaboration with GIO Gourmet Italian Osteria, showcasing some of the most authentic Italian fare in a 6 course dinner paired with a selection of 7 well rated wines primarily selected from our Society Cellar.

We hope you will find this “Old World” selection of wines enjoyable and well paired with specific flavours of the curated dinner menu.

Date- Wednesday 13 July 2022

Time- 7pm - champagne aperitif, dinner is served at 7.30pm .

Venue – GIO Gourmet Osteria, 27 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088450

Dress code- “casual & relaxed”


$220 members $250 guests

Only 40 places are available, with members having 48 hours priority booking. Do book early and make payment by latest , 25th June to enable us to make the necessary arrangements. Please find enclosed the QR for payment.

*members with special dietary restrictions shall advise us in advance upon confirmation & payment of booking, as the establishment cannot effectively cater to any eleventh-hour requests.

GIO is helmed by David Marchiori, General Manager & Executive Chef.

Chef David is an appreciated Italian chef with a recognized experience in the field of Italian cuisine, respect for materials and a great passion for tradition and the stories behind the recipes.

 In Italy he has long been the Resident Chef on the Slow Food Event at Vinitaly and in other events, as well as in numerous television appearances.

Currently, Chef David is also the personal chef of  the Italian Ambassador for the institutional dinners at his residence.
