Dear Members,

Nestled within Singapore's vibrant Keong Saik Road dining enclave, Nómada has emerged as a standout destination for contemporary Spanish cuisine. Helmed by Chef Gonzalo Landin—formerly of Binomio and Set of Six—the restaurant reinterprets Iberian traditions through a palate of tasteful innovation and bold creativity.

Nómada is far from a traditional Spanish restaurant. It excels at reimagining Spanish gastronomy without losing its soul. Dishes showcase Chef Landin’s flair for balancing tradition and innovation.

Our committee member, Terence Lim collaborated with Clinton Ang (from Cornerstone Wines) to pair the menu with a formidable selection of the very best of Brunello di Montalcino. These 5 selected vineyards are represented by their 2019 vintages widely regarded as even better than 2016. 2019 Brunello has a vibrant fruit, beautiful balance between acidity and tannin and a long lingering finish. We will finish the dinner with the very excellent Casanova di Neri from the 2005 vintage.

Cost : $225 for members, $245 for guests

Please note that no cancellations will be accepted after 1st July 2025, due to capacity constraints.
