Our October Event: A Taste of the Levant

This October, we journey to the Mediterranean with one of Singapore’s most exciting dining experiences: Proud Potato Peeler (PPP).


Helmed by Chef-Owner Alberto Simillides, PPP is celebrated for its heartfelt hospitality and chef-driven multi-course menus. The restaurant embodies the spirit of a Greek and Mediterranean home, with “family-style” dining designed to be communal, generous, and deeply interactive—meals meant for sharing, connecting, and celebrating together.

Our evening will unfold at KADA, 5 Kadayanallur Street (opposite Maxwell Hawker Centre). This beautifully restored 1920s heritage building has been reimagined as a lifestyle hub, blending historic charm with modern energy—home to cafes, fitness studios, and creative spaces.

To elevate the experience, our committee member Akhil has handpicked wines from our cellars, thoughtfully paired with Chef Alberto’s menu.

The Dress Code for the night: Santorini Chic—think breezy whites, ocean blues, and Mediterranean elegance.

Date: 22th October 2025, Wednesday
Aperitifs and Dinner – 7:00 and 7:30pm respectively
Venue: 5 Kadayanallur St, Singapore 069183 (Located in Kada)
Dress code – Santorini Chic
Cost : $290 for members, $320 for guests

Please sign up early to avoid disappointment. Members will have 48 hours priority in booking.

Please note that no cancellations will be accepted after 14th October 2025, due to capacity constraints.
