Dear Members

After having ventured into a host of many mouth-watering Indian restaurants in Singapore to curate an appropriate venue for an IWFS dinner, we have finally landed on a delightful restaurant where traditional Indian cuisine meets a creative modern twist for our upcoming dinner on 24 April 2024 - The Curry Club Signature @ Mohamed Sultan Road. Founded by a former SIA crew member and fuelled by his passion and love to share not just good, but great Indian food, The Curry Club Signature serves dishes with authentic herbs and spices as well as fresh ingredients. The restaurant boasts of unique dishes, refreshing flavours and timeless spices. From petite puris to magic mushrooms (of the legal variety), lobster biryani to tandoori chicken, we will be pairing these minimally spicy dishes with lovely wines from our cellar.
