EJH Corner House at Botanic Gardens
 


Dear Members,

Over the years the EJH Corner House at Botanic Gardens has hosted well-known incarnations from Les Amis’ Au Jardin to Corner House. With Ro.ia, it begins its latest Chapter.

Ro.ia, named for a river that meanders from France to Italy, is newly refurbished and it looks simply stunning amidst the lush surroundings of tropical palms and tall trees. Our dinner will be held at the elegant private dining room upstairs.

Chef Priyam is classically trained in French cooking and has worked with outstanding French chefs such as Jean-Claude Fugier, Akrame Benallal, and Koldo Royo. He is also the recipient of France’s Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole (Order of Agricultural Merit) and has been the head chef in Michelin-starred AKRAME in Paris.

At Ro.ia, he aims to showcase his mastery of classic French technique, experiment, and celebrate the locality.

We are pleased to hold this year's IWFS President’s Dinner at Ro.ia on November 13. We are presenting some of our cellar treasures, including the Dom Perignon 1996, the Faiveley Mazis Chambertin Grand Cru 1999, and the Penfolds Grange 1997. And to end with a glorious 2001 Sauternes.

Aperitifs and Dinner: 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM respectively

Dress Code: Black Tie
Cost: $350 for members and $395 for guests

Please sign up early to avoid disappointment. Members will have 48-hour priority in booking. Due to the size of the restaurant, only limited seats are available.
