This October, we are thrilled to have Dom Perignon’s Brand Ambassdor Pierre-Louis Araud host an exclusive dinner for the society featuring “The Three Faces of Dom Perignon” at 1 Michelin Star restaurant - Alma by Juan Amador.

P2 is the re-branded Oenotheque, meaning 2nd Plenitude, which was re-launched in 2014 together with the 1998 P2, while 2000 P2 was launched in April 2017. The original 2000 vintage was launched in 2008, having been disgorged in late 2007. Comparing the two expressions of the same harvest, the P2 is described as a magnified version of the initial release, having spent an additional nine years ageing on its lees, translating to higher energy, it is when everything becomes bigger, not only the aromatics.

Alma (which means “soul” in Spanish) is the brainchild of the eponymous Spanish-German chef with three Michelin stars to his name, taking you to the heart of dining with the extraordinary. Newly minted with its own 1 Michelin star in Singapore this year, the evening will be memorable with the specially designed 6-course dinner paired for us to fully appreciate the Three Faces of Dom Perignon. This unique evening experience is the result of a collaboration with Moët Hennessy Diageo.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations WILL NOT be considered confirmed unless you first book via email and then follow up by sending the attached Booking Form together with full payment by 10 October 2017. Please also note that there will be no refunds for cancellations after 16 October 2017.
