Dear Members,
For our second event in October, we invite you to join us for champagne that is produced by a house that is inspired by passion, rather than fashion. Founded in 1859 by Edouard Leroy and Jules Duval, the house of Duval Leroy, is one of the few remaining that is family owned and independent. Located in Vertus, in the heart of “La Cote des Blancs”, the house cultivates about 200 hectares of high quality Chardonnay grapes and is ranked in the top 15 champagne houses.
We are fortunate to have Mr. Clement Gardillou, Brand Ambassador for Champagne Duval Leroy, to present these champagnes that are the essence of finesse, lightless and elegance.
Paired with these champagnes is the Cantonese cuisine by Chef Cheung Siu Kong of Summer Pavilion, which has been awarded 1 Michelin star by the Singapore Michelin Guide 2016.
