This is one event
that this Society has by tradition
held on the same day each and
every year, i.e. the 8th August.
Similarly by tradition, the Vice
President of the Society will
organize and host this special
formal event annually.
There is absolutely no reason
for us to depart from tradition
this year, and our dear Graham
has put together this wonderful
event comprising of absolutely
appetizing dishes that will be
presented by the renowned chef
from Zambuca Italian Restaurant
& Bar, the same of which will
be paired with equally beautiful
Bordeaux wines from the vintage
year of 1997, all made available
from our own cellars, which should
be drinking very well currently.
