Las Espana Nite
The American Club (10 Claymore Hill)

IT’S HERE! OUR VERY OWN LAS ESPANA NITE

We are extremely honoured to have the F&B Director and Executive Chef of the American Club, Mr. Esmeraldo Oteruelo, to specially create two very special menus for us in this event. Spanish Cuisine is the specialization of Mr. Esmeraldo, who has spent much time and effort to ensure that the wines for which we will be featuring in this event will be meticulously paired with the mouth-watering cuisines that he will be presenting us that night.

For this marvelous event, we will be featuring wines from 2 vineyards in Spain, namely the Valdamor – Rais Baixas vineyard (white wines) and the Castillo de Sajazarra vineyard (red wines). Both vineyards have been widely regarded to have produced the best and the most delicious white & red wines respectively from Spain. Members are encouraged to visit their respective websites at http://www.valdamor.es/index.php and http://www.castillo-de-sajazarra.com/frontend/ingl/home.php to gain a better insight into the vineyards and their wines that we will be featuring for this event.
