I had a spectacular seafood dinner at Angie’s Oyster Bar & Grill before the Heightened Alert and decided the restaurant would do well for the IWFS. Due to ongoing dining restrictions we will hold the event over multiple days on

1. 24 Sept(Fri) Dinner
2. 25 Sept(Sat) Lunch and Dinner
3. 26 Sept(Sun) Lunch and Dinner

We urge all diners to follow all government recommendations for safe dining

Choose one timing and enjoy the meal with champagne and wine gems from our cellar. We have chosen some special IWFS cellar selections to match the items in the food menu.

The new Angie’s Oyster Bar & Grill is located at one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Singapore, Tiong Bahru.

Their usual menu presents seasonal oyster and seafood selections, finest cuts of prime beef offerings at market prices, and vintage champagne selection by the glass.

Guy Charlemagne Blanc de Blancs Reserve Brut. Philippe Charlemagne represents the fifth generation of his family to make wine in Mesnil-sur-Oger. Their Champagne House is directly opposite the famous “Salon” Champagne House.

Pierre Peters Cuvee de Reserve GrandCru “A sharp selection of 4 top parcels of our most beautiful crus of the Cote des Blancs (Le Mesnil, Avize, Cramant, Oger), blended to about 20% of the best of our Perpetual Reserve This Cuvee age at least 36 months on the lees before disgorgement”

Dom Perignon is the Prestige Cuvee or the best Champagne that Moet Chandon creates and the 2006 has 96 from RP. “The 2006 Dom Pérignon comes from a very rich vintage with an early ripeness that brought a lot of aromatic maturity. The white-golden prestige cuvée contains a bit more Chardonnay than Pinot Noir and opens with a deep and seductive, pretty accessible nose with intense yet fresh fruit aromas of pineapples, with peaches and tangerines. Lively and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, unusually aromatic and fruity DP with a long and tension-filled expression”

Hubert Lignier Chambolle Musigny VV 2015 comes from a luscious fruit forward year. Vines over 50 years of age. Grapes from 2 parcels: Gamaires and Drazey, covering 30 ares and producing 5 barrels (228 l) per year on average. Growing on silty clay soils, this Chambolle is finer than «Les Bussières», very aromatic and can be appreciated from its youth.
